    Returns

    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Be unused and in their original condition.

    • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

    • Not show signs of damage, misuse, or modification.

    Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please provide:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the item and packaging.

    • A description of the issue.

    We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.


    Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item was damaged during shipping.

    • The wrong item was sent.

    • The product is defective.

    For large furniture items, return shipping and pickup arrangements may be subject to additional fees.


    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    Orders that have already entered production, processing, or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Custom-made furniture.

    • Personalized products.

    • Clearance and final-sale items.

    • Gift cards.
